Spam, advertise, or solicit through the Service except as expressly permitted
You acknowledge that video chats are public and may be seen by others. Do not share sensitive personal information during chats with strangers, including your full name, home address, phone number, email, financial information, or passwords. We are not responsible for information you voluntarily disclose during use of our Service.
You may not record, screenshot, or otherwise capture any content from our video chat Service without the explicit consent of all parties visible in that content. Violation of this provision may result in immediate account termination and potential legal liability.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ChatVdvoyom and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By posting, sharing, or transmitting content through our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
